Alright folks, listen up! Your Waste Maid disposer comes with a warranty
that’s as solid as the grind in its chamber. We’re talking no
manufacturing defects for the full warranty period from the day you got
your hands on it.
Now, if something goes south, first, check out the Troubleshooting
Section in the Owners Guide or hit our website at wastemaid.co.uk for
some in-depth checks. If that doesn’t cut it, head to the ‘Report A
Fault Page’ on the same site. Don’t forget to drop in your Model Number,
Serial Number, and Purchase date.
During the warranty run, if your disposer is playing hard to get, we’ll
supply a new unit. But here’s the deal: you foot the bill for
installation. Bahn International (wastemaid.co.uk) calls the shots on
replacements, and the warranty on the new one matches what’s left on the
original.
But, there’s always a but, these warranties are only rocking for
products in the UK mainland. Sorry, offshore islands – you’re not in the
club.
Now, pay attention, because this is crucial: these warranties are for
regular home use only. If you’re running a commercial joint or turning
your kitchen into a business hub, we’re not your guys.
And of course, the warranty doesn’t have your back if your disposer
decides to take a break due to jamming, you pull off some acrobatics
with it, or you decide to play handyman and mess up the installation.
Leaks, blockages, fuses, sink-stoppers, and splash guards? Nope, not
covered. Oh, and if your electricity decides to go on vacation, that’s
not on us either.
Now, here’s a sweet deal – lifetime corrosion guarantee. If your Waste
Maid disposer taps out because of some corrosion in the grind chamber,
we got you covered. No charge for the replacement (sorry, no free
labour, though). Just show us you’re the original owner with that proof
of purchase.
