Preparing for Your Engineer’s Visit
Please clear and tidy the work area so our engineer can carry out repairs safely and efficiently. Clear access to the pump is required if obstacles are in the way.

Deposit & Payment

• To secure your booking, we require a £99.99 + VAT deposit.
• The deposit is a part-payment only and does not represent the first hour of labour.
• On completion you’ll receive an invoice via email; your deposit will be deducted. The remaining balance plus VAT is payable before the engineer leaves.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancel by 12 noon, two working days before your appointment for a full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment (weekends not counted) will forfeit the deposit.
