Steve was easy to deal with from the first, even though I'm completely new to WhatsApp. He came within 4 days of contact. Our 30 year old saniflow was knackered, as we thought. He replaced it with a new one he brought with him, within an hour. It's working well - much quieter than the old one. We were quite worried because 11 people are coming for Christmas.

Steve the engineer provided an excellent service to me in Acton, West London. He was able to come on my preferred day, kept me up to date with his progress and was on time. He fixed my macerator without trying to sell me a new one, which saved me hundreds of pounds. He also offered me advice on how to continue maintaining the unit. Problem solved quickly within the hour and he cleaned up after himself. Excellent service that I highly recommend.

Our second time of asking for Steve's help, this time with our non-working Sanivite. Steve's response was very prompt, he kept us informed as to exactly when he would arrive and dealt with the job . Very friendly, efficient and helpful. Definitely to be recommended.

Steve was great from start to finish, speedy communication (in the evening too).
I asked him to come and replace the Saniflo (as advised by another company), not only was his quote £1000 less, he didn't change it in the end as he could fix it. You can't say that much nowadays. So would definitely recommend and use again.

Although Steve wasn't able to deal with my problem immediately because of pressure of work, he dealt with my issue efficiently and conscientiously. Steve was great from the start, easy and quick to arrange an appointment. Was extremely knowledgable and was able to explain the system and what the minor issue was. I had been told by another engineer I would need a new system, Steve was able to pin point the issue and fix this, with a single new part. Great service from start to finish, I would highly recommend to anyone else.

Thanks for your kind review, it’s always worth getting a second opinion if the person you call out does not fill you with confidence. Most saniflo problems are easy to fix and yes they can repaired despite some companies say they cannot, always pays to get an expert to solve your saniflo problem first time.

Steve was easy to communicate with - came quickly, was very efficient and left everything immaculate. Also very safe - with mask, gloves, sanitiser etc. Can highly recommend him.
